The creamy potatoes, richly flavoured with dill, are a great accompaniment to fish dishes. Serve also at summer barbeques. If you want a more pungent dish, squeeze a tablespoon of lemon juice into the mix.
Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Put water and salt in a saucepan. Bring the water to the boil.
- Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes until almost tender and drain off the water. Put butter on the potatoes and season with chopped dill. Pour the cream and sour cream into the saucepan and leave to simmer on low heat, under the lid for a few minutes.
- Pour into a serving dish and garnish with dill.
