Flavorado End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
“Company” shall mean e-Strand Oy. (Business ID 2731356-8), a company duly registered under the laws of Finland.
The Company shall deliver the Flavorado to the Customer substantially as described in the Licence Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to Flavorado at any time.
Flavorado shall be provided on an “as is” basis, and the Company shall not be responsible for the contents of Flavorado, or its correctness.
Flavorado is not responsible in any way for health issues, accidents or damages caused to the user as a result of the application of the information on the service.
By using the Flavorado, you agree to be of legal drinking age in your country.
The User shall have limited access to the Flavorado in accordance with EULA. You shall receive and use the Service at your own risk. The Service shall be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations.
Flavorado has the right to use and republish or redistribute, without compensation, in modified or original form, in whole or in part and/or incorporated in any other material submitted by the User to the Service or posted or transmitted to public areas of the Service (such as forums) or otherwise made available by Flavorado (such as images, video and text material).
If the User submits images, videos or other material to the Flavorado, the User is responsible for ensuring that he/she holds all necessary copyright and other rights to such material.
Grant of Licence
All rights, title and interest, including all Intellectual Property Rights in and to Flavorado and any changes thereto shall belong exclusively to the Company or its licensors.
Governing Law and Disputes
This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Finland. All disputes arising out of or relating to this License Agreement shall be primarily settled by amicable negotiations between the Parties. Should the Parties fail to reach an outcome acceptable to both Parties as a result of the negotiations within sixty (60) days from the date when a Party has requested in writing to commence with the aforementioned negotiations, the dispute shall be finally settled in arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Helsinki, Finland and the language to be used in the proceedings shall be English.
The Company shall have the right to update the EULA at its sole discretion.
Validity of the Terms
These terms and conditions enter into force on 16.6.2022 and are valid until further notice.
