Ingredients
  

  • 200 g pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 80 g noodles
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon five spice
  • 20 whole black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons soya
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 l water
  • 1 tbsp hot chilli paste to taste on top of the dish

Instructions
 

  • Bring a liter of water to the boil in a saucepan. Season the stock with the spices mentioned in the recipe, except for the chili paste. Cut the garlic in half with a knife and add to the pot.
  • Meanwhile, cut the pork into strips. Fry the meat in cooking oil until brown. Take the pork into the pot. Take a cup of broth and use it to rinse the fat from the pan into the pot.
  • Put the noodles in the pot and cook until they are done. The pork will also cook at the same time in pot.
  • Put the lid on and put the pan on the table to rest for at least 15 minutes.
  • Finish the hot pot with chili paste.
