Susuena Blanc de Noir Bobal

Susuena Blanc de Noir Bobal

Wine from the massive Iniesta cooperative in a glass. This is said to be the first white wine made from the red Bobal grape. So it is a so-called Blanc de Noir wine.

The deep yellow colouring indicates the red grape. Aromatic and fresh on the nose. Tropical fruit. Melon and pear. Red berry notes on the back.

The taste of Susuena is fair yet fresh. Wonderfully chewy acidity. Herbal notes on the long finish. This made a great pairing with lamb sausage. Incredible value for money.
