A rosé wine made with the champagne method. Pinot Noir 90% and Chardonnay 10%.
Gorgeous pink/peach colour. Pure red berry and peach on the nose. On the palate the previous notes are repeated. The wine is refreshed by a generous acidity and crisp bubbles.
The bitterness of the Pinot supports the aftertaste, so there is plenty of match for a hearty chicken or crab salad.
