The nose is flooded with intense currant, floral and lychee fruit.
The fruity and complex palate offers aromas of peach and rich herbal notes. There is also a slight toastiness from the oak maturation. The acidity is noticeable and refreshes this aromatic wine.
If seafood dishes with a little more spice or rich salads are on the menu, Edna Valley Central Coast Chardonnay is a good match.
