Californian red produced from old Zinfandel wines.
The aroma is mild with some berries. Blackberry jam, plum and vanilla. Subtle smoke on backround.
The taste is what the aroma promises. Full-bodied and jammy, with some acidity and a nice spicy finish. This wine is a jam for a hearty meat casserole.
