The flagship wine of the producer known for LAB and Confidencial is Touriga Nacional driven. It has a classically elegant open aroma, indicative of a long oak barrel maturation. The bouquet has oak, leather, stable and sweet smoke.
The wine has a very fruity and smooth taste. The oak maturation adds sweet vanilla, smoke, pepper and leather. The finish is pleasantly sweet and spicy and quite long. The style of the wine is strongly reminiscent of Spanish Rioja. The wine will probably improve in a couple of years, but it is already very good. Good with game meet and beef steaks.
