TERMS OF USE – FLAVORADO (EULA)

“Company” refers to e-Strand Oy (Business ID 2731356-8), a company duly registered under the laws of Finland.
General Terms
The Company provides the Flavorado service to the Customer as described in the License Agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify the Flavorado service at any time.
Flavorado is provided “as is”, and the Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of its content. The Company is not liable for misunderstandings, accidents or damages resulting from the use of information provided by the service.
By using Flavorado, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country.
The User’s access to Flavorado is limited in accordance with this EULA. The User accesses and uses the service at their own risk and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Nutritional Values and Calculations
Nutritional values presented on Flavorado are indicative. They are based on general calculation models and average ingredient data. Actual values may vary depending on the products used, portion sizes and cooking methods.
Flavorado does not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional information for medical, dietary or allergy-related decisions. Always verify details from product labels or a qualified nutrition specialist when needed.
User-Generated Content
The User grants Flavorado the right to use, republish and redistribute, without compensation, any material submitted to the service. This includes the right to modify the material and incorporate it into other works, in whole or in part.
The User is responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary copyrights and permissions for the material they submit.
Flavorado is not responsible for user-submitted content nor for any related copyright or intellectual property claims.
Commercial Collaborations and Sponsorships
Flavorado may publish content created in commercial collaboration with partners. Such articles are clearly marked with the label “Sponsored Article: [Company]” in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.
Links in such articles are technically marked with rel=”sponsored” or rel=”nofollow” attributes.
Rights
All rights, title and interest in Flavorado – including all intellectual property rights and modifications to the service – belong exclusively to the Company or its licensing partners.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This License Agreement is governed by the substantive laws of Finland.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.
If no satisfactory resolution is reached within sixty (60) days from the written request to initiate negotiations, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
The arbitration shall take place in Helsinki, Finland, and the language of the proceedings shall be English or Finnish.
The Company reserves the right to update this EULA at its discretion.
Validity
These terms remain in force until further notice.
