- 1 large cucumber
- 3 dl Greek yoghurt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill can be omitted
Wash and slice the cucumber.
Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
Grate the cucumber and with salt.
Finely chop the garlic and dill.
Mix the ingredients together and leave to season for 15 minutes.
Tzatziki is best the next day.
