Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 3 dl Greek yoghurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill can be omitted

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the cucumber.
  • Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
  • Grate the cucumber and with salt.
  • Finely chop the garlic and dill.
  • Mix the ingredients together and leave to season for 15 minutes.
  • Tzatziki is best the next day.
