Ingredients
  

  • 6 plum tomatoes
  • 1 handful mini olives or capers
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Peel and thinly slice the onion.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half.
  • Put the onions and tomatoes in a bowl, add the balsamic vinegar and toss.
  • Pile the tomato and onion salad into a serving dish. Garnish with olives and pour olive oil over the salad.
