There is nothing difficult about making Tapenade. Beat all the ingredients, except the olive oil, in a chopper. Another option is to use a mortar and pestle.
With a couple of whirls, break up the texture and start adding the olive oil slowly. Keep swirling in between. Grind until the Tapenade is a spreadable paste.
Place the Tapenade in a cup to serve and garnish with capers or mint leaves.
