Wash and cut the potatoes vertically as wedges. Do not peel the potatoes.
Put the potatoes in a bag or bowl with the oil and mix well.
Spread the oiled potatoes on a baking sheet in an even layer.
Put the coating ingredients in a mortar and grind to fine dust.
Shake the coating mixture over the potatoes as evenly as possible. Turn the potatoes with your hands so that the seasoning is evenly distributed over the potatoes.
Bake the Spicy Potato Wedges in a 210C oven until crispy, about 35 minutes.
