- 8 slices air-dried ham Prosciutto or Jamon serrano
- 400 g melon
- 8 cocktail sticks
Peel the melon and slice it into 8 mouth-sized slices.
Cut each ham slices in half. This gives you 16 ham slices.
Wrap the ham around the melon and press down with a stick.
Usually these will hold together without the stick, but the stick makes them more comfortable to eat.
