Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices air-dried ham Prosciutto or Jamon serrano
  • 400 g melon
  • 8 cocktail sticks

Instructions
 

  • Peel the melon and slice it into 8 mouth-sized slices.
  • Cut each ham slices in half. This gives you 16 ham slices.
  • Wrap the ham around the melon and press down with a stick.
  • Usually these will hold together without the stick, but the stick makes them more comfortable to eat.
