Instructions
Take the Blue Cheese to the table to warm up well before setting the grill on fire.
Put the barbecue sticks in water to soak.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill them with the crumbled blue cheese.
Wrap a slice of bacon tightly around each mushroom, leaving the seam on the cheese side.
Cook quickly in a barbecue (or pan), seam side down. As soon as the cheese starts to melt, turn the mushroom over on its back. This will keep the cheese inside the mushroom for the duration of the cooking. Heat well until cooked through.
